Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty
Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. warrants that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as the original buyer owns the pool. Structurally sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell so as to withstand all the loads or stresses as anticipated by the approved engineering plans. Upon demand by Buyer, Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. will perform the necessary tests to determine if the concrete shell is sound. If it is found not to be sound, Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. will, at no cost to Buyer, perform repairs necessary to restore its structural integrity. This warranty does not include things as coping, tile, plumbing, piping, decking, pool accessories, equipment or other appurtenances. Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. does not warranty against damage to the pool shell caused by failure to maintain proper water levels, ground water rising above the lowest point of the pool, earthquake, acts of God, or acts of others.

Transfer of Structural Warranty
Upon transfer of property title from original buyer, a Limited Structural Warranty may be transferred (to a second buyer only) for a period of 12 years from the date of original plaster. Request must be made in writing within 60 days and must include completed warranty certificate. A $350.00 fee is required for inspection and re-registration. Failure to transfer will void warranty.

Two Year Umbrella Warranty
Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. warrants that all construction work done per this contract will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of pool start-up. This includes all pool plumbing, electrical, gas, deck, tile, plaster, masonry etc. which is detailed on the agreement. Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. is not responsible for the matching color or brands no longer available, but will make every reasonable effort to match as close as possible. All workmanship warranties will comply to and are regulated by Arizona Revised Statues.

Equipment Warranty
All pool equipment installed by Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. including heaters, pumps and filters, are covered by a 2 year umbrella warranty from the date of pool plaster provided by Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc.. This warranty is made in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties and is not limited by them.

Limitations
The warranties are limited as follows: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to maintain swimming pool. Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. does not warrant any work or materials provided by owner or owner’s agents and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from. Hop Cassidy Pools, Inc. does not warrant against defects or failures caused by mistreatment, abuse, lack of reasonable care, failure to provide necessary maintenance, improper operation, vandalism, or acts of God.
